The three-tower or two-tower dehydration process (by concentrated sulfuric acid) used for chlorine drying generally has a moisture content of about 50~100ppm. For this purpose, we have developed a single-tower dehydration and drying process that reduces the moisture content in chlorine to less than 10 ppm.
Technical features:
1. Small floor space and space occupation, low energy consumption, simple pipeline equipment;
2. The drying effect is more than 60% higher than that of the traditional drying tower, and the moisture content in chlorine can reach less than 10ppm;
3. The tower body of the drying tower is made of steel-lined PTFE that the material selection is better;
4. Modular design of tower internals, easy to install and maintain;
5. High degree of automation.
